The teaching part of my year has wrapped up. Finals are underway. So what have I learned?
1) Kids like learning. They may act like they don't at times, but they do.
2) Magic happens when I leave my ego at the door. Some of the best classes took place this year when I was too sick to care about my ego and I just gave it all to the kids.
3) I miss teaching when I'm not doing it. Its only one day out our of regular classes and I miss it already.
